7.1. Custom-Made Jewelry: Custom-made jewelry is non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

7.2. Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will inspect the product, and if a defect is found, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

7.3. Non-Custom Items: For non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition.
